FUNCTIONS:
Design and integration of Process Control Systems.
Analyse Production needs
continuous improvement projects as a result of Process Control Analysis and Problem Solving.
Monitoring
Execution of feasibility studies, conceptual design, process studies and trouble shooting.
Conduct research
improved manufacturing processes.
Conduct equipment selection and process designs in partnership
partnership with the Engineering Department.
Analyse risks associated with specific optimisation plans in
validating; documenting; and communicating business-process-related knowledge through modelling; simulating focusing on complex business outcomes using technical expertise; in line with the business strategy.
