- Assist the Executive Chef/Head Chef in the following tasks:
- Implement menus at the lodge.
- Quality check taste and presentation of dishes to ensure the excellent standard of the food.
- Ensure that portion size and plating of food are controlled to avoid wast
and do any task the chef needs assistance with. The care and quality a Commis Chef devote to food preparation
Hoseki Kitchen is looking for a Senior/Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, menu preparation and ensuring food quality and freshness. Providing meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
