preferably have +/- 4 years previous in a senior chef role
Lead kitchen team in Head Chef's absence
Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including
quality and restaurant standards
Work with head chef to maintain kitchen organization, staff ability
uphold culinary standards in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine.
