Namlog seeks experienced individual to retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time. Ideally, they become a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit Developing trusting relationships between major key clients and the company. Resolving client queries and complaints. Managing communications between clients and internal teams. Analyzing client data to provide customer performance management reports. Accountable for the management of customer service levels. Maintaining open and frequent channels of communication with other branches/divisions within Namlog Build and maintain relationships with freight agents, third-party carriers, suppliers, and operational stakeholders within the scope of job requirements. Acting as the interface between the client and operational teams within the company. Responsible for working with clients to identify their needs and to work out how the company can best meet and exceed those requirements. Engage in a variety of tasks including project management , coordination, strategic planning , relationship management , negotiation, leadership, and innovative development of opportunities. Responsible for identifying potential new clients and business opportunities. Responsible for reporting to senior management, customers, and suppliers regarding service or product failure. Identification of required corrective action needed to improve operational targets and enforcing measures to monitor results. Promotion of team member's skills and versatility through training Management of staff reporting to him/her. Managing staff expectations with respect to discipline and motivation. Managing operational processes and ensuring all staff have access to the policies and procedures of Namlog. Ensure staff adhere to the code of conduct and disciplinary processes and procedures. Manage and ensure that staff training is done at the right time and that the necessary training has been done whether mandatory or soft skills. Tertiary Qualification 3-5 years' experience in a KAM function in logistics company Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities Ability to understand client needs, and negotiate costs and services Management of staff Competent in MS Office Thorough knowledge of HR/IR functions Report Writing Drafting of Tenders Strong interpersonal and business communication skills, written and verbal. Strong Leadership qualities and conflict resolution abilities Lateral Thinking Ability to work in a pressurized environment. Excellent numeracy and data interpretation skills leading to appropriate business tactics. Superior planning and execution skills.
