We are currently recruiting for an Accountant to join our dynamic team. About Us: We are an independent school striving to provide quality education from Grade R – 12. Our head office is situated in Johannesburg where two schools are based. Other schools are around Johannesburg. Performing bookkeeping and data processing as required by management. Assist with tax calculations. Oversee month end activities. Annual review of relevant policies and procedures. Drafting annual financial statements as required by management. Assisting with budget controls. Undertake projects as required by management. Managing financial aspects of ongoing projects. Assist with the internal and external audits. Oversee and review debtor'sfunctions. Process journals and approve other journals. Analyse the Age analysis for the company throughoutthe year. Asset control and fixed asset accounting. Financial adhoc. Minimum 3 years financial experience. Bachelor of commerce (essential) or equivalent. Personal Attributes needed: Attention to details, accuracy, time management, deadline driven, professional approach to clients both within the organisation as well as outside the organisation. Willingness to learn. Positive attitude. Negotiable based on experience.
