Control, co-ordinate and reconcile accounts payables. Control, co-ordinate and reconcile bank accounts, including payments. Control, co-ordinate and reconcile intercompany accounts. Update, maintain and reconcile company assets (Fixed Assets, Stock). Preparation of monthly trial balance. Preparation of month end files and monthly management accounts. Analysis of variances from budgets/forecasts. Assist in the calculation of Income tax, VAT and PAYE. Submission of monthly statutory documents (VAT, PAYE, UIF) via SARS efiling/ U filing. Liaising with internal and external customers & suppliers. Submission of IT14's and IRP6's. Compilation of Management Statements on monthly basis. Compilation of Annual Financial Statements on a yearly basis. Liaise with internal and external auditors. Budgeting / Forecasting. Variance analysis. Effective self-management and performance ownership. Administrate general admin duties on a daily basis. Assist Management in all functions of financial duties. Ad hoc financial task & reports for Financial Manager, Group Financial Manager, Group MD. Investigate and recommend new systems / process. Build, configure new systems / processes. Provide hands-on financial systems support. System maintenance and operations support. Recommend process enhancements. Build, configure, and troubleshoot process enhancements Diagnose and correct financial systems issues. Approval of Purchase Orders. Report design and changes to existing reports. Handling of insurance claims. Transaction processing. (Jobs, GRN's, PO's, invoicing and credit notes) Completed financial Degree (essential) 5 years experience within a similar role (essential) Computer literate on MS Office and ERP Software (Syspro beneficial) Apply Now
