EXPERIENCE IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES SECTOR IS ESSENTIAL • Managing financial transactions, analysing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. • Fixed Asset Register monitoring and processing of transactions • Process, record, and reconcile all transactions related to bank accounts. • Assist with monthly reconciliations of balance sheet general ledger accounts and income statement analysis. • Prepare journals for monthly accruals and provisions and update schedules. • Assist in resolving accounting queries with the Group Financial Manager. • Assist with the preparation of weekly and monthly payments. • Assist with review of accounts payable process, reviewing and monitoring of expense claims. • Managing the ASSA report and function to ensure the completeness of accounts and timely payments. • Prepare weekly and monthly payments reports for the finance manager. • Assist with the preparation of monthly reports. • Assist with administration of bank applications, • KYCs, and other admin required. • Reports responsible: o Entertainment Report o Social Budget Report o BBEEE Procurement Report o ASSA Report o Wi-Fi & Cell Phone Reimbursement Report o Adhoc reports requested. • Min of 2-3 Years work experience in a similar role. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent • Experience in multi-currencies for an international group of companies is an advantage. • Previous experience with any accounting system. • ERM Software – Acumatica, experience is not necessary as training will be provided. • Advanced Proficiency in Excel (pivots, spreadsheets) Negotiable
