Accounts clerk bookkeeper Office Administrator General Front desk duties Attending and Responding to Calls and Emails – direct as needed Ordering of office supplies Issue Weekly Stock Count Report Issue of Collection and Delivery Dispatch Paid For Orders Accounts Debtors and Creditors Work within the Company Accounting Package - Quickbooks Receipt and Capture of all Supplier Invoices Create Customer Profiles, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Sales Entries and Payouts Invoice Printing and Batching Allocation of Payments Combining Invoices and Payments Query of Credit Notes Capture of all Expenses Payments Cleared in the Bank before anything is Dispatched/Released Dispatch Paid Order Invoices for Picking, Checking and Dispatching – including Online Orders Client Billing Reports Capturing Bank Statements Petty Cash Bank Reconciliation Reconciliation of Statements and Invoices Age Analysis Bookkeeping - Recording and organising financial data i.e. collect transactions, track debits, maintain and monitor. Accounting & TAX Accounting – interpretation, classifying, analysing, reporting and presentation of financial data, tax guidance. Comply with financial policies and regulations Perform audits Completing of Monthly Reports Resolving Queries within company turnaround times Interpreting Financial Statements Capture Expenses (all) Preparing Income and Expenditure statements Following up on outstanding payments due to the company Debt Collection – in compliance with Management instructions Processing Payroll and Overtime Calculating Monthly VAT SARS Queries Processing Annual Tax Returns Keep logbook as per SARS requirements E-filing Submissions of different Returns, VAT, PAYE, and INCOME TAX Matric - with Accounting Diploma in Accounting R14 - R18K per month TCTC
