As the Accounts Receivable Controller you will be responsible for the below:

Manage your assigned customer portfolio to ensure accounts are current and accurate.
Oversee invoicing, credit notes, receipts, collections, statements, and address any customer queries promptly.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and statement delivery.
Drive cash collections from your customer base.
Act as the primary point of contact for Accounts Receivable (AR) inquiries from team leads and other departments.
Facilitate effective communication internally and externally.
Assist in month-end procedures for the accounting team.
Serve as the main liaison for auditors regarding AR matters for your designated customers.
Review documentation for new customer approvals alongside the AR Team Lead and Finance Manager.
Regularly review AR master data and escalate any issues to the master data team.
Provide precise input to the AR Team Lead for cash flow forecasting.
Maintain organized working files for your customers in shared drives.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
Support the AR Team Lead with any ad-hoc requests as needed.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Bcom in accounting and related field.
5+ years experience in a similar role in finance.
Manufacturing industry is advantageous
