Product Development & Client Assessment: Lead the development of new insurance products and assess potential clients.
Pricing & Reserving: Design, implement, and monitor pricing structures and reserving methodologies to ensure business sustainability.
Capital Management: Oversee capital management strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all actuarial processes.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization and operational efficiency.
Customer-Centric Approach: Maintain a focus on customer needs and ensure they are treated fairly.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Actuarial Science/ Mathematics or similar
Fellow of a recognised Actuarial body
5 years minimum of commercial management experience
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, understanding of accounting systems and standards (e.g., IFRS 17), and familiarity with insurance processes for both long- and short-term insurers.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of pricing, reserving, capital management, and relevant legislation (NCA, FAIS, Long/Short-term Insurance Act, etc.).
