Requirements:
  • Matric essential.
  • 2 to 3 years experience in a administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience working on CMA and Loom advantageous.
Duties:
  • Capturing of listings onto the Propdata System
  • Managing and updating of listings on all websites
  • Managing the marketing of listings on social media
  • Typing of documents and letters for agents
  • Making sure the agents have necessary documents available on a daily basis
  • General administration and report processing
  • Mini Listings of properties
  • General housekeeping, buying of essential office items
  • Managing petty cash
  • Helping agents canvass for potential listings using CMA and Loom
  • Front office switchboard
  • Welcoming/greeting clients, guests and agents
  • Directing emails to the relevant person
  • Maintaining the front office area
  • Receiving packages and deliveries
Skills and Competencies:
  • Good communication skills.
  • Accurate and efficient, with good attention to detail.
  • Organised.
  • Presentable.
