ADMIN ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST - Cape Town City Centre

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric is essential
  • Administrator providing support to office
  • Reception duties and general office assistant
  • Previous experience with spreadsheets and strong MS Office Excel skills advantageous
  • Good number skills and attention to detail
  • Presentable and pleasant demeanour
  • Strong administration and organisational skill
  • Honesty, integrity, accountability, and responsibility of the highest order
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluency and proficiency in English is essential
  • Client relationship and service-orientated attitude
  • Experience of and familiarity with including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Interest and desire for continuous learning
