Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a people person with a strong work ethic and proven track record of success in a client-facing role. You will be responsible for managing daily interactions with clients and ensuring their satisfaction through excellent service and support. Manage and respond to client queries via email, phone, and in-person meetings. Maintain and update client records in our database. Prepare detailed reports and presentations using MS Excel and Word. Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory. Handle client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work with numbers. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of hard work, ethical behaviour, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Experience in a client-facing role is highly desirable. Education and Experience: Previous experience (3 years') in customer service, sales, quoting or a related field is a plus. Competitive salary package. R9,500.00 after deductions.
