Memaqua Solutions is a Water treatment and Chemicals Company with their Head office in Ranburg, JHB. We are looking for an Administrative Clerke to joing our JHB branch. The ideal candidate must be a dynamic individual with the ability to multi-task and meet deadline's accordingly. Microsoft Office with special attention to excel spreadsheets is a requirement and experience in an accounting software package like Xero or Sage Pastel will be an added benefit. The Appointed Candidate would be required to carry out the followng tasks : - Manage Data in spreadsheets and reports - Keep records and reports up to date - Organize and schedule Meetings and events - Manage and Maintain Chemical Files to meet Hazchem compliance and procedures. - Customer Liason which will include but not limted to Client contact, following up on forecasts, Evaluation reports etc - Supplier Liasion which will include but not limited to Supplier contact, Price comparisons and negotiation, supplier evaluations etc - General Admin - Document proof reading, minute taking, editing of documents etc - Manage Adhoc projects and track on spreadsheets for ease of reference and data viewing. The Ideal Candidate must have at least 2-3 years experience in an admin environment with MS office experience and Spreadsheets. A Qualification in some Administrative or Business Management field. Experience in an accounting software program like Sage or Xero would be beneficial. Starting Salary of between R 9 000 - R 11 000 per month. Apply Now
