Team-player The candidate will be responsible for performing the following tasks Daily reconcilliation of bank Accounts to the general ledger Daily recons of client funds balances in general Ledger to database Recons of cash deposits in bank to database allocations. Recons of credit card deposits per database to payments received. Preparing daily RA payments to administrator Reconciling daily RA payments from administrator Preparing daily Unit Trust payments to administrator Recons of daily Unit Trust payments from administrator Preparing daily trade and bond settlement payments to CSDPS Responsible for daily sweeping of cash between bank accounts to maximize interest earned Prepare daily broker files Assist in reviewing daily automated and manual schedules for refunds and preparing related payment batches where needed Handling client queries in relation to client fund withdrawals Recoupment of estate late fees and payments Assisting compliance with cash deposits Assisting with year-end audits Assist Finance Manager in any other tasks B Com Accounts or similar Previous relevant experience in financial administration Proficient on Excel – advanced High service orientation Understanding of company products, services and internal processes an advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills Analytically inclined Able to concentrate for long periods B Com Accounts or similar Previous relevant experience in financial administration Proficient on Excel – advanced High service orientation Understanding of company products, services and internal processes an advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills Analytically inclined Able to concentrate for long periods R18 - R21KCTC
