Our client is looking for Adobe journey Practitioner Refer to journey strategies and build customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, leveraging data insights, segmentation, and personalization techniques. Design and implement automated marketing campaigns and communications across various channels, including email, mobile, web, and social media. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for journey optimization initiatives. Create and manage customer segments based on demographic, behavioural, and transactional data, ensuring relevance and effectiveness of marketing efforts. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Work closely with the analytics team to track customer engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Work with Client teams to provide training to internal teams on workflows, and best practices. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketing automation, CRM, and customer journey optimization. Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer including campaign setup, workflow creation, audience segmentation, and reporting. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and draw actionable insights to drive marketing strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Relevant Adobe certification on AJO highly desirable. Contract
