Our client, a well-established Logistics company is looking for an Agent Performance And Relationship Manager to join their team based in Johannesburg. The purpose of this role is to mitigate risks concerning logistical matters and route optimization in African trade countries. Responsibilities: •Agent Network Management •Risk Management •Collaboration on Pricing Strategy •Client Management •Information and Reporting Management Requirements: •Matric •Tertiary qualification in international supply chain essential •Management post-graduate qualification (advantageous) •Minimum 5 years Management experience, including clearing and forwarding Industry exposure •Proven experience in business processes design and implementation •Commerial expertise including: agent management •Africa Risk management experience will be advantegious •In-depth knowledge of trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics in the African region R60K - R80k per month, depending on skills and experience
