Leading Financial Services Group requires an Agile Practice Lead to join their team and be responsible for the day to day adoption of Agile Practices within the organisation Develop and implement Agile Strategies in line with the Company's goals and objectives Lead the adoption of Agile practices Ensur consistent application of Agile practices Colloborate with business leaders to integrate Agile practices Facilitate Agile Ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, and Sprint Reviews IT Degree or Diploma Agile Certification; Certified Scrum Master; SAFe Agilist or Certified Scrum Product Owner 10 Years Agile experience, with at least 5 Years driving Agile Adoption within an organisation Salary Market Related
