AGRICULTURAL MACHINE OPERATOR & MECHANICAL MANAGER - - Ladybrand

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Mechanical trade certificate or diploma advantageous.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
Previous crop farming experience with maize, sunflowers, soya & teff advantageous
Experience in or managing a factory / warehouse / processing facility advantageous.
Computer literate
Preferably from an English background, &/or able to speak Sotho.
Honest, reliable & hard-working.
Proven experience working and repairing all farm related implements, including bakkies and tractors
Valid drivers license

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Operating Case IH combine & spray rig.
Calibration, repair & effective use of various farm equipment.
The duties of the role will be expanded based on the candidates experience and the farms seasonal priorities.
