Their Freight Forwarding network covers 700 locations in 130 countries As their new Customer Service Controller Air Imports, here's what you'll do: Coordinate and control Air freight shipments from collection to final delivery ensuring all shipments are processed and controlled in accordance with internal and external requirements including Customs, attending to plant inspector, Port Health and State Vet releases. What you will need: A minimum of 4 years experience as a Customer Service Controller from the Air Imports industry essential Matric plus NCFF (NQF 3/4) Air freight forwarding experience essential Incoterms and Regulatory requirements both local and international
