Our client, an established, innovative FinTech, is looking for an experienced Android Software Engineer to join their team. At the forefront in payment and service innovation, their market-leading approach to payment acceptance solutions and unrivalled commitment to clients have enabled the business to grow into what it is today. We are looking for someone to design and develop and maintain high-quality Web- and Mobile Solutions using Kotlin and React. Design and develop high-quality software solutions for both mobile and web platforms using Kotlin and React. Maintain and enhance existing Android applications, ensuring optimal functionality, quality, and responsiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Integrate with backend services to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms. Utilize React Native to develop cross-platform mobile applications. Develop and maintain web applications using React. Manage and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement security and data protection solutions. Use Mongo DB for efficient data storage and retrieval. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software. Create documentation for software developed. Use Kotlin Multiplatform to contribute to internal payment SDKs. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development. Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android Development. Experienced in React Native or other JavaScript cross-platform frameworks. Knowledge of Kotlin Spring Boot for backend development. Skilled in React for building web applications. Proficient in database management with Mongo DB. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
