Job Description:
We are looking for a mature, preferably female Architect's Draught Person / Architectural Technologist to assist with the professional completion and presentation of council and construction documentation, as well as other architectural drawings as required.
The primary objective of this role is to create high-quality and cost-effective draughting solutions. Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount in all project assignments.
Responsibilities:

Create high-quality architectural drawings, including council and construction documentation, using ArchiCAD software.
Collaborate with architect and other team members to ensure that drawings meet project requirements and objectives.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of project drawings and revisions.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Architect's Draught Person / Architectural Technologist, preferably in a professional architectural practice.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD software is essential.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work assignments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Own equipment and access to ArchiCAD software.
