Area Manager - Western Cape

AREA MANAGER WESTERN CAPE and applied the following :

1. Basic Salary R15 000 R18 000
2. All petrol for pre-approved work-related travel to stores reimbursed or advanced ( once approved )
3. Wear and tear on vehicle covered as a % on contribution.
4. Accommodation and food covered for destination /overnight trips.

Performance Incentives:

You will be entitled for a performance-based incentives effective (exact date to be confirmed), on the following stores :

1. All stores within your prescribed portfolio.
2. Any new additional store added within your portfolio.
3. Reaching 90% of sales target first percentage level R500 per store.
4. Reaching 100% of sales target second percentage level R1000 per store.

A full and concise , monthly performance review will be conducted on candidates performance , in conjunction with your weekly store performance reviews , OPUS area managers checklists , weekly hanger counts and supervised hanger counts ( stock management processes )

Daily store audits and communications on all criteria are to be emailed to Ops Manager.
