Reference: PE000477-GS-1 Our client a large Concern within the Fast Food Industry, Nationally, is currently recruiting an Area Manager for Cape Town, to commence duties soonest. Please note that the candidates applying for this position must have experience in the KFC, Hungry Lion, or any other fast food industry experience. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that staffing levels are determined as per business levels and requirements Ensure that all reporting and control procedures in the areas of operational compliance are in place. Maximize sales and profit through operational excellence. Implement a plan to improve performance and ensure the achievement of monthly objectives for restaurants. Oversee prompt and appropriate resolution of all complaints (health inspectors, customers, and employees) Oversee training and designated certification, including Team Member Training. Ensure that management and staff are aware of company policies and procedures and implement company programmes initiated by various departments. Drives sales through the speed of service and is ready for peak actions. Formulate and implement a Bench Plan. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Clear Credit and Criminal Record Fast Food Industry knowledge and management Remuneration: Basic R24000.00 Vehicle Petrol Allowance CTC R34000.00 Additional R9000 a month based on performance. R 30000 - R 35000 - Monthly plus Company Vehicle, Petrol Allowance, Incentive of R9000.00 if targets are reached
