Vehicle Disassembly: • Safely and efficiently disassemble vehicles, paying close attention to all components and systems. • Remove existing glass and interior components with precision, avoiding damage to vehicle parts. • Glass Installation: • Install bulletproof glass and related components in accordance with engineering specifications and company standards. • Ensure a proper fit and finish of bullet-resistant glass within the vehicle structure. • Component Reassembly: • Reassemble vehicles with meticulous attention to detail reinstating all interior and exterior components. • Verify that all systems, including electrical and mechanical components, are functioning correctly after reassembly. • Quality Control: • Conduct thorough quality checks throughout the installation process to ensure the highest level of bulletproofing integrity. • Report and address any defects or issues promptly. Desired Experience & Qualification • Previous experience in vehicle disassembly and assembly, preferably in an automotive or specialized manufacturing environment. • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using various hand and power tools. • Attention to detail and precision in handling delicate materials. • Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow engineering specifications. • Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Physical fitness and stamina for lifting and maneuvering vehicle components. Must have a minimum of 2-4 years' experience as an Auto Body Stripper & Assembler at an Accredited Auto Body Repair CentreShould have experience working on different Vehicle BrandsA valid Driver's Licence is required
