Provides quality waybilling and controling of assets, reviewing, and analyzing reports, as well as identifying and resolving life-cycle events and discrepancies. Duties and Responsibilities Manage phone calls and correspondence (telephonically, emails and letters) Determine if assets are in stock or must acquire. Updating records on the system. Manage quotes, purchase orders and exception activities. Coordinate purchase orders with Supplier Management. Complete inspection sheet if need be. Making sure movement of goods and equipment balances. Maintaining office filling system, ensure that all important documentations are filed and easy to be accessed when requested. Making sure that all goods are delivered in a good state. Ensure that you comply with all way billing duties as per Site manager/Company request. Maintaining confidentiality. Adheres to company policy and procedure within the Waybill operation position. Ensure that side operation is performed in accordance with the SOP's and job description. Qualification and Experience Grade 12 with at least 3 years' experience in Waybill Operation position. Experience in Dispatching and Receiving of stock. Communication skills and attention to detail. Must be computer literate (Excel,Word,Powerpoint,Microsoft,Outlook) Good interpersonal skills to liaise with clients. Salary - Market Related
