Oversee the creditors ledger, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and accurate recording of invoices. 3. Monitor loan accounts, including tracking repayments, interest, and liaising with financial institutions as necessary. 4. Assist in the reconciliation of intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. 5. Prepare financial reports and analysis to support decision-making processes. 6. Support the Financial Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial processes are efficient and effective. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations relevant to the construction sector. 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry. 3. Strong understanding of debtors, creditors, loan accounts, and intercompany transactions. 4.
