Assistant Manager Infrastructure and Trade - - Port Elizabeth

Requirements:

A National Senior Certificate or higher.
An appropriate degree or diploma or a minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial position is required.
A code B drivers licence.
Computer literacy with excellent administrative, communication and interpersonal skills will be a pre-requisite.
A good working knowledge of social media platforms as well as the creating and uploading of content.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Research and development of operational plans to address the numerous infrastructural and economic issues faced by commercial farmers.
Lead and motivate support staff to develop a high-performance culture.
Oversee activities relating to the operations of the Infrastructure and Trade Committee of the organisation to ensure desired results consistent with the overall strategy.
Manage engagements and communication between our affiliated members and the activities of this functional committee to ensure adequate support to these members.
Engage and build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders.
