An Agritalent client, a leading agribusiness, seeks an Assistant Manager in its Mechanisation Divisision who will be co-responsible for the profitable and effective management of the mechanisation section. Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Inventory control by taking responsibility for all aspects regarding inventory and ensuring that the best practices, procedures and systems are correctly applied and maintained by relevant personnel; • Promoting customer service by creating a customer-focused culture and setting high standards for customer service through empowering, managing and leading staff; • Management of personnel according to Company policies, guidelines and procedures and ensuring that the Company's values are portrayed inside and outside the business environment. Minimum requirements: • The suitable candidate must have a Grade 12 certificate • At least (4) four years of relevant experience in an agricultural mechanisation environment that involves thorough knowledge of agricultural equipment (tractor spares and parts compulsory) . .• Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English The following will serve as a recommendation : • Relevant post-school qualification
