We are looking for a competent APC to undertake a variety of administrative and project planning tasks. You will help in planning and organizing projects as well as carry out important operational duties. You must be able to work well under pressure without sacrificing quality. To be an excellent APC, you must be organized, detail-oriented, an effective communicator and dependable. You must be able to manage multiple project deliverables and have solid people communication skills. A keen eye for design and a creative passion and flair would be an advantage. An Assistant Project Coordinator is a professional who helps plan and coordinate projects, take on administrative duties and independently manage some of the necessary elements to ensure projects are completed on time. They are involved in the day-to-day operations of their assigned projects with strong time management and communication skills Responsibilities: · Coordinating project schedules, resources, and information · Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs, scope and objectives · Contributing to the planning and development of projects · Research information to support other teams and departments as needed · Keep track of and report on project progress · Assist with schedule management Creating posts and sharing on social media · Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants · Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports · Perform administrative tasks · Complete any tasks assigned by the Project Executive in an efficient and timely manner · Perform other duties assigned by the Project Executive orderly and efficiently Matric Own Transport Requirements and skills: · Proven work experience as an APC or similar role · A high school diploma or equivalent is required · Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office · Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several tasks simultaneously · Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills · Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written · Strong client-facing and teamwork skills · Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation · Excellent time-management skills and able to work under tight deadlines · An ability to prepare schedules and step-by-step action plans Basic R15, 000 per month Apply Now
