The Associate Software Quality Assurance Analyst assists in the creation of test cases, executes tests, and documents software testing results, including defects. Ensures completed software meets established standards. Validates end user documentation. Participate in all phases of the project life cycle e.g. requirements review/analysis, test planning, test Perform static testing of documentation for accuracy Identify system functions to be tested Identify and extract test requirements from business requirements Specification of test data requirements Test case development, estimation, and maintenance Peer review test cases and test documentation Perform dynamic testing against system(s) under test Defect logging, retest, and change request entry Knowledge transfer to the client and team members Liaison with developers & business analysts Management of individual progress against the plan Confirmation of test environment readiness Matric IT related qualification 1 Years' experience in manual testing ISTQB foundation level is a plus Experience with test analysis and design Ability to do test monitoring, control and reporting Must be a team player
