Qualifications

Qualifications and experience:

NDIP or BEng - Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years

Requirements:

Previous history within an automation environment will be advantageous
Proficient in Inventor. (knowledge of Vault advantageous)
Mechanical design experience
Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
Machining skills and knowledge of machining methods. (Material selection, surface treatments, etc.)
Generate manufacturing drawings
Systems design and engineering
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Valid passport and willing to travel
Strong self-motivation skills, with a focused attitude
Must have the ability to work individually and in a team environment
Take ownership of assigned tasks
Works well under pressure
Must be able to commit to deadlines
Willing to assist with mechanical assembly. (Hands on)
Proficient in excel, to assist with admin tasks such as the correct data capturing of items to procure, etc.
Must be willing to put in extra time and effort when required
