Key Responsibilities : - Manage infrastructure, monitor performance, and resolve incidents using AWS and Azure technologies. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate incident resolution and ensure seamless operations. - Implement and maintain ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Configuration Management. - Actively participate in Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement and efficiency. - Lead deployment and release management activities, ensuring the smooth rollout of new features and updates. Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience with AWS and Azure technologies. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - Strong background in Java development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. - Certifications such as OCA or OCP are preferred but not required.
