Qualifications:- Completed BCom in Accounting and related field.
- Completed Matric.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, compile, and consolidate financial statements, including the generation of trial balances and reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy in all reconciliations and the timely updates of accruals and journal entries.
- Handle cost allocations for payments and deposits, managing all payment processes including cheques and electronic fund transfers, and co-sign payments with the Financial Manager.
- Oversee fixed assets, including calculating additions, disposals and depreciation, aligning physical assets with the asset register and ensuring depreciation calculations align with nominal accounts
- Prepare audit schedules and assist auditors in finalizing audits.
