- Financial qualification
Skills/Experience required:
- Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience up to Trial Balance
- Complete accounts up to trial balance of 5 to 6 copmanys accounts which includes:
- Bank Reconciliations
- Journals
- Processing/capturing of Cash Books/Journals
- Completing and updating Working paper files
- Liaising with relevant hotels to resolve queries
- Fixed assets administration:
- Update fixed assets files with invoices
- Update excel spreadsheets with new amounts
- Prepare depreciation schedules
- Completing VAT for one of the companies
- Check and verify EFT payments in Standard Banks website
