Bookkeeper (Half Day or Full Day) - Pretoria

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Perform duties that include financial administration, cash flow management, budgeting, and preparing financial reports.
  • Ensure timely processing of transactions and conducting detailed reconciliations of all accounts.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports for management to assist in financial decision-making.
  • Manage statutory obligation submissions including VAT, payroll taxes, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Sage One and Xero.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with honesty and integrity.
  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
Education and Experience:
  • Tertiary Qualification will be advantageous
  • At least 2 years' proven experience as a Bookkeeper
