They do not want a person who needs to travel to work. You need to have at least 6 years solid bookkeeping experience with Payroll as part of your responsibility. It is essential you have worked in a manufacturing environment and ideally a corporate environment. A three-year qualification or part qualification would be highly beneficial. SAP is ideal alternatively an ERP package. If you have had experience in a smaller environment, then you should have been responsible for handling the full payroll
