Phakisa Holdings is currently seeking a Branch Administrator for Mpumalanga. The Branch Administrator is repsonsible for handling administrative tasks and providing support to ensure the smooth operation of a branch. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: § Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the branch. § Maintain office procedures and policies to ensure smooth workflow. § Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls. § Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance. § Serve as the primary point of contact for the branch, both internally and externally. § Ensure high-quality customer service standards are maintained. § Process financial transactions, invoices, and expense reports. § Prepare regular reports on branch performance, activities. § Manage branch budgets, expenses, and petty cash and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. § Oversee inventory levels and order supplies as needed as well as to provide general administrative support to branch staff. § Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and documents. § Maintain and update files, records, and databases. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: § Grade 12 . § Degree or Diploma in business administration, management, or related field (preferred). § Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity. § Excellent organizational and time management skills. § Strong attention to detail and accuracy. § Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). § Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. § Knowledge of financial processes and regulations. § Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. § Problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
