Transport company is looking for a Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive oversight of all business aspects, including the workshop, operations, and personnel.
- Ensure deadlines are met, work is completed to high standards, and discipline is administered promptly.
- Demonstrate strong conflict management skills and a commitment to fairness in all dealings.
- Motivate and inspire team members, leading by example to earn their respect.
Qualifications:
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
- 10+ years of managerial experience, including staff supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid Code B drivers license and RSA citizenship.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience in operations and financial reporting.
Advantageous Qualifications:
- Relevant formal qualification.
- Experience with CCMA cases.
- Proficiency in advanced business reporting.
- Management experience across diverse industries.
