The roles requires an experienced Branch Sales Manager with previous experience from the Apparel/Clothing industry in the following, to just name a few:
Business Development - identify trends and make suggestions to improve and enhance product performance to drive brand achievement
Customer Service - Support the management of customer service activities and develop staff competence
Business Leadership - Implement, manage and report monthly on projects within the Branch as identified by the CEO
Operations Management - Managing and motivating the departmental team to increase sales
People Management - Identify and implement training interventions, effectively manage the performance and development of staff to drive sales
Financial Overview - Analyse sales figures and forecasts sales to drive turnover
Reporting - Compiles, submits and presents reports on weekly/monthly trade, customer visits and competitor activity and trends
