A market leader within the Electrical suppliers industry are currently looking for a suitable and experienced Branch/Store Manager for the Bloemfontein branch. The purpose of the role is to manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, provide statistical and financial records as well as manage, train and supervise various staff members. Duties & Responsibilities Manage and oversee the day-to day operations of the store/branch Stock count and ordering of stock Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and overall increase profitability Ensure all products and displays are merchandised accordingly Analyse sales performance metrics Manage, motivate and train members within the branch/store Develop KPI's and objectives that conform with the company's vision Desired Experience & Qualification Proven working experience within a sales management role Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business or Similar Electrical/Electronic knowledge will be advantageous Experience managing a high performing sales team Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on its progress Delivering strategies to optimize sales force performance Computer literate Package & Remuneration R 540 000 CTC Per Annum (Dependant on Experience)
