Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst within the insurance space to join their team in the actuarial department as a Business Analyst – Finance Allocations on a 12 months basis. The suitable candidate will need to have a keen interest in working within the insurance/finance space The key responsibilities for this role will include: Stakeholder management and communication skills Execution of business analysis methodology Identify, refine, clarify, and define the business need Able to assist with project requirements planning Applying and anticipating technical expertise Process documentation Business Requirements specification Impact Assessment Consolidations Balance sheet reconciliation Execution and implementation of identified solutions and processes Process and data integrity The requirements: Qualification: Completed CA(SA) / CIMA qualification Business Analysis qualification (Advantageous) Experience: Solid understanding of financial reporting processes and systems Strong account reconciliation skills Cost allocations and product fund accounting understanding Knowledge of the insurance industry and products Solid understanding of finance business processes Apply Now
