International Recruitment and Employer of Record specialists seek a seasoned Recruiter to do business development for their EOR division which provides South African employees to the US, UK, and Aus. You will be hunting for clients in the UK, and market our EOR service to them. The beauty of an EOR service is you get recurring commission and don't start from Rand 0 every month to get commission. You will also be recruiting South African employees for the internationals and make a commission on that too. You would need to have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, have a good acumen for business and business processes and preverbally been to the university of life. I'm looking for someone who has worked on a CRM and ATS and has a good working knowledge of SA legislation and contracts. This job is selling but also requires client management. You will need to be tech-savvy and open to learning our processes. I wont even look at your CV if you are a job hopper or if you have not been successful as a Recruiter. You will receive training and assistance in your first 3 months. You will be provided with the tools of the trade, a fast fiber line, and an inverter.
