They are looking for a Business Development Manager for their new venture to be launched soon….The preferred candidate requires someone with a blend of insurance industry experience, operational proficiency, and entrepreneurial spirit. Education and Experience: A Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree or similar qualification provides a solid foundation, particularly if it includes coursework relevant to finance, risk management, or insurance. With at least 4 years of experience in the insurance industry, the candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of insurance operations, policies, and procedures. While not mandatory, possessing an RE5 qualification would be advantageous, demonstrating knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.
