Good track record in business development, account management and customer service Opportunity creation Stakeholder management Creating and managing briefs from concept to completion Performance Reporting (commercial) at senior level Achievement of sales target Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing; Sales; Business or related field Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience Sales and marketing skills, with an understanding of the retail industry, brands, and marketing Experience working with CRM system Understanding the world of BTL agency and (preferably) in-store Proven track record of presenting (pitching) to C-suite executives and Senior Leadership & Management Highly competent in MS Office / G Suite applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc) Advantage Point of Purchase / Display Ad Selling Proficient in communication and negotiation, adept at fostering enduring client relationships Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams Possesses strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Proven track record in formulating and implementing successful sales strategies Skilled in conducting comprehensive market research encompassing landscape, clients, and competitors Exhibits analytical prowess, adept at task management and adhering to processes Demonstrates resilience, initiative, and a positive mindset towards achieving goals High emotional intelligence, with active listening skills and self-awareness Displays curiosity and a penchant for exploring beyond the surface Embraces critical thinking, willing to challenge conventions when necessary Offers creative solutions to complex challenges Possesses commercial acumen and a keen business sense Communicates clearly and effectively Driven and industrious, with meticulous attention to detail Apply Now
