As the Business Development Manager for Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the client base within the corporate sector. Leveraging your sales expertise and strategic acumen, you will identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with corporate clients, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles. New Business Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential corporate clients through various channels, including networking events, industry associations, and online research. Develop a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within corporate organizations. Understand their business challenges, objectives, and priorities to position our services as solutions that add value and address their needs. Solution Selling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that align with the unique requirements and goals of corporate clients. Conduct thorough needs assessments, propose tailored offerings, and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure new business. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a sales plan to penetrate target markets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth. Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats to inform sales strategies and tactics. Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with corporate clients to secure favourable terms, pricing, and contracts. Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements throughout the negotiation and contract management process. Market Intelligence and Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed about market dynamics and opportunities. Use market research and analysis to identify potential areas for growth and differentiation in the corporate sales segment. Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track your sales performance, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. Prepare regular reports and updates for management. Customer Feedback and Relationship Enhancement: Solicit feedback from corporate clients to understand their satisfaction levels, gather insights, and identify opportunities for improvement. Proactively address issues, concerns, and requests to enhance the overall customer experience and strengthen client relationships. Qualification in Sales, or a related field. Proven track record of success in corporate sales or business development roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the corporate sector. Strong understanding of corporate sales processes, sales methodologies, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decisionmakers at all levels of an organization. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Resultsdriven and goal-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and make datadriven decisions. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and build rapport with clients and colleagues.
