To achieve our goal of continuous improvement, we need a dedicated Business Intelligence Analyst to enhance our reporting capabilities and drive strategic insights from our sales data. This is an onsite role based in South Africa. Analyze sales data to identify trends and generate insightful reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document data-related requirements. Design functional solutions to address data challenges and optimize sales processes. Manage data projects and ensure documentation accuracy. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management. 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or related technical fields. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent communication and project management skills. Minimum Requirements: Demonstrated experience in data analytics or compliance roles. Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage projects effectively. Skills and Attributes : Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Proficient in relational database concepts and data visualization techniques. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
