Buyer (Vehicle maintenance) - - Johannesburg

A Diploma in CIPS, or CSCP would be advantageous or
Proven experience in purchasing in the spares and maintenance category for this role

Key functions will include

Purchasing
Inventory Management (using ABC analysis, EOQ and JIT principles)
Management of stock availability
Supplier Performance Management
Price benchmarking
Managing the rebate process together with procurement finance
Store co-ordination

Competencies

Strong understanding and experience in operational systems and procedures
Detail orientated
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Co-ordination of operational activities
Customer relationships building
Managing complaints and incidents
