JOB DESCRIPTION We are a small Team based at the TFG Head Office in Parow Cape Town. Team are very supportive and deadline driven and focused, working within a multi-branded environment. Reporting to the Design Manager you will be working across a number of Brands within TFG. We are looking for an energetic, creative, assertive self-starter to join the TFG Store design team as a CAD operator. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and interpret store layout sketches in accordance with design brief and brand standards and present for approval Preparation of final working drawings, to include store layout, ceiling/lighting, flooring, electrical layouts and elevations including shopfronts both for Landlord approval, manufacture and procurement Preparation of details for fixture and fittings Liaise with Landlords, Architects and Developers Liaise with internal Operational Teams, Project and Procurement Managers including external Design Houses Preparation of Council submission packs 3D Development work including sketch up and photoshop, not essential. All drawing to be completed in Revit Qualifications and Experience: A relevant tertiary qualification - ND Architecture/Interior Design /Draughting or similar Min 3 years' experience in similar background with design experience Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit (essential) Sketch up & photoshop experience not essential. High level of accuracy and attention to detail required Excellent time management Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently Must have driver's license and own transport Willing to travel locally. Skills: Proficient in Revit Revit Family creation not essential but advantages.
