Our team at Phuthukisa Training Solutions is currently in search of an energetic and self motivated Capability Specialist (Trainer) to effectively and efficiently deliver training programs on policies & procedures, products, systems, and processes of the organization. And to develop suitable learning interventions derived from the learning needs analysis with the objective to upskill delegates and improve their performance. Conduct classroom training (induction and other training interventions) Infield coaching (post-training) PowerBI system training Identify and assess training needs within the company. Recommend training interventions against any training needs identified (Performance Improvement Plans to be used to identify training needs) Provide input to the Training Strategy and the development of specific training development plans. Help employees improve or enhance existing skills through classroom training and in-field coaching. Conduct in-field coaching assessments. Formulate development plans for employees after each coaching session (Performance Improvement Plan) Conduct in-field sign-offs for Sales Representatives. Infield assessments Measure performance against KPIs with a use of a scorecard Create a supportive and conducive adult learning environment. Performs Adhoc duties as required Report to Training Manager Ways of working for a Capability Specialist: Mondays to Fridays and occasional Saturdays (Classroom Training) 08:00 – 17:00 Facilitate classroom training Functions to be completed: Effectively deliver training sessions/induction programs with the use of different training methodologies Conduct and facilitate E-Learning modules, and assessments, review results, and offer intervention plans Mondays to Fridays: (Infield Coaching) 08:00 – 17:00 tend to infield coaching sessions with the use of infield scorecards to measure performance Functions to be completed: Onboarding of newly trained Sales Reprisentatives Conduct infield coaching sessions and assessments with Sales Representatives and Sales Managers Matric Valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of training and facilitation skills Facilitator course completed Registered assessor Registered Moderator (Advantageous) Computer Literate Must be able to facilitate Face to Face and Online/Virtual Adequate E-Learning skills Experience in content development Must be willing to travel extensively R 18 000,00 - R 21 000,00 (experience dependent) Apply Now
